Jide is a highly motivated, result-oriented individual, willing to go the extra mile to reach goals and learn along the way. He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Lagos State University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree with the prestigious University of Lagos with a focus on Business Administration (MBA). He started his professional career with MooreAdvice Group and has since worked with Tavia Technologies (one of Nigeria's leading technology companies) and Aqua Online (South Africa's leading Digital Agency). While in Tavia Technologies, Jide served as the Team Lead for MTN-managed services on portals and web development before moving on to Aqua Online as Technology Lead. Jide ventured into private business a few years ago, setting up Ritemate Technologies, a Digital Technology firm that focuses on business process automation using technology. Mr. Ogunleye's expertise focuses on business process automation and digital transformation. To date, he is privileged to have worked with various high-profile brands including MTN, Stanbic, Mouka, Amber Energy, UBA plc, Fidelity Bank, Arik Air, Nigerian Communication Commission, etc. Recently, he co-founded HomePad, an Estate Management solution, which has versatile applications and a growing clientele. Jide has been trained at the world's leading business schools including Lagos Business School (LBS), Harvard Business School, Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK), Piston & Fusion for training in Project Management, and New Horizon where he obtained a certificate in Cyber Security First Responder. As a Christian, Mr. Ogunleye believes in giving as a ministry. Beyond the Church, he is active in a number of projects and platforms that allow him to fulfill this passion for giving back. Jide is, therefore, a proud member of the Rotary Club of Omole-Golden, where he has served as the Club Secretary, Vice President/Chair Service projects, Chair membership, and the incoming President (President Elect) for his club come 2024. He directly oversees an NGO, Boys2men, which serves to provide sound mentorship & guidance to young boys being raised by single mothers. A key objective is to provide an effective support system, which allows benefitting single mothers to raise well-behaved male children and ultimately change some of the current narratives. Jide is also big on expanding his social and professional network, as such, he's a proud member of the prestigious Lagos Country Club (LCC) & Business Network International (BNI). Jide by default is service-oriented and he's always looking for opportunities to serve and give back. Jide loves traveling, swimming, and inspiring people. He is married to the girl of his dreams, and they are blessed with two beautiful children.
